The reasons that lead people to therapy are many. Some want to free themselves of symptoms of anxiety or depression. Others might be struggling in a difficult relationship or a challenging job situation. Or some people have a history of trauma or abuse and they find that it is affecting their lives to the point of frustration, anxiety or depression. Still others just have a vague feeling that something is not right and they cannot seem to place it. There are many roads that lead someone to find help.

My belief is that you already have everything you need to heal, grow and transform. However, it can be hard for us humans to see our own strengths, wisdoms and healing resources alone. And it can be even more tough to sort through our tender and painful feelings, memories or situations unless we have a caring guide to accompany us. It is in the safe and confidential therapeutic relationship that your pain can be tended to and your innate wisdoms have the opportunity to be seen.
